Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

1. Information Collection

Dream is designed to minimize data collection. Because the Dream terminal executes fully client-side on your mobile device, we do not maintain central servers that store, sell, or analyze your personally identifiable information or financial assets.

When utilizing Dream, data is processed in the following limited ways:

A. WALLET & BLOCKCHAIN ACCESS

Your public wallet address is shared locally with Solana RPC network providers to decode futures positions, order book depth, and collateral margin. Dream does not store this data on external databases.

B. USER IDENTITY CREDENTIALS

When logging in using email OTP or social channels via the Privy Embedded Wallet SDK, certain basic information, such as masked email strings or authentication tokens, is handled by Privy. Please consult the Privy Privacy Policy for additional security clarifications.

2. Use of Collected Data

The minimal data processed during non-custodial sessions is used exclusively to:

  • Authorize platform access via secure Privy OTP channels.
  • Stream accurate, real-time market data indexes over safe WebSocket links.
  • Verify local app configuration properties (such as saved dark mode layout scales or custom slippages).

3. Zero Data Retention Policies

We follow a zero trade data retention rule concerning trading transactions, leverage ratios, and liquidations. No records of your trades are stored by Dream Labs; actions exist on Solana and Phoenix. Your local device may save encrypted secure cache data, such as Hive or SharedPreferences flags, to avoid repeated login prompts. You can wipe this at any time by clearing application data inside your phone settings.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The platform interfaces with reputable integration platforms. We recommend trading users review these platforms' individual privacy representations:

  • Phoenix Perp API / WS: Used to aggregate onchain market order data and stream real-time price feeds.
  • Privy SDK: Facilitates non-custodial keystore generation and secure account authentication.
  • Solana RPC Nodes: Routes signed transaction payloads to the Solana Network.

5. Cookies and Local Trackers

Dream does not utilize advertising trackers, tracking cookies, or tracking pixels. We use standard local storage nodes on-device to recall user preferences (e.g. keeping your Stop Loss parameters active). No cookies are sent to external analytics agencies.

6. Security Protection Controls

Dream implements security architecture guidelines including:

  • Strict Secure Enclave storage permissions.
  • SSL Pinning protocols for direct node-to-terminal payloads.
  • Prompt authentication verification checks on sensitive trades.

7. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to align with new decentralized smart contract integrations or compliance checks. Users are encouraged to consult this URL to keep informed about our privacy status.
